1. Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the cx255 platform and all of its services. This document serves as a binding agreement between cx255 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

By accessing the cx255 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms apply to users located in Bangladesh and must be read together with cx255's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Account Registration

To become a member of cx255, you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If cx255 confirms that a single person is operating multiple accounts, cx255 reserves the right to permanently close the additional accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.2 Password Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is your own responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use cx255's services. Opening an account on this platform is only permitted for those aged 21 or above.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally capable of using this type of service.
• You are playing on your own behalf and with your own funds.
• You are not operating the account as a representative of any third party.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent environment, cx255 follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal or when a certain amount is exceeded.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at cx255 via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Deposits must be sent only from your own account — using a mobile number or bank account registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met for a successful withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if account verification has not been completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cx255 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and applies together with the general rules in this section.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total ৳41,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must meet a 20x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit from the date of receipt.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or payment methods is prohibited.
• cx255 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Bonuses are provided for personal entertainment only; they will be cancelled if misused through advantage betting practices.

7. Gaming Rules

cx255 offers a diverse game library. The following general rules apply at all times while playing:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• The result of a completed game round may be declared void due to a technical error.
• cx255 is not responsible for losses caused by software errors or connection interruptions.
• Game results recorded in cx255's system are considered final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, cx255 reserves the right to withhold payment until an investigation is complete.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on cx255 and may result in immediate account termination:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest activity.
• Intentionally exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Accessing or attempting to hack other users' accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Impersonating cx255 staff or providing misleading information.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by cx255

cx255 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Failure to pass age verification
• Suspicious or unlawful activity
• The user's own request

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, notify us in writing at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

Members can apply the following restrictions to their own accounts:
